Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your ShifaCup to return it for a full refund — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your ShifaCup must be in its original condition (unused or gently tested)
  • All original accessories and packaging must be included
  • You must have your order confirmation or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at shhifacup@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Devices

If your ShifaCup arrives damaged, defective, or stops working within the return window, we've got you covered.

Simply email us at shhifacup@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence of the damage or defect

Once we verify the issue, we will ship you a brand-new replacement device free of charge. You do not need to return the defective unit — you may keep it or dispose of it as you see fit.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different color or variant, simply return your current device for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Devices that show signs of misuse, physical abuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Orders placed more than 30 days before the return request
  • Gift cards or promotional items

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The item must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or other payment methods within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at shhifacup@gmail.com.
