Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no updates, please reach out to us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send you a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. ShifaCup is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before the order ships.
